Shipping & Returns

We provide Shipping at no cost to Asia, Western Europe, North America, and Australia. Due to diverse international shipping costs, some destinations require a shipping fee: South and Central America, Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa and the Middle East. The shipping cost for these countries will be calculated automatically upon checkout.
Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to process your credit card details.Countries we provide shipping to and the cost, if any.
Shipping of your package takes approximately 4 to 8 business days, anywhere in the world.
Packages can only be shipped to the billing address on the credit card used. Please be certain to enter the correct address. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes made due to incorrect shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.
You may track your order by clicking on one of the links below; check your confirmation email to what shipping company was used.  Packages shipped by UPS have a tracking number that starts with M or V and should be tracked at  www.ups.com

Packages shipped by EMS have a tracking number that starts with EA. In this case please visit your national postal service website to track your package. Some of the common sites are listed below:

Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Replica Joint ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

RETURN POLICY:

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final. Refunds for items returned within 60 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
All shipment charges within or after 60 days to Replica Joint will be borne be borne solely by the purchaser and an additional USD 30.00 will be deducted from the refund credited in for of original payment method or merchandise credit.
If item returned has been damaged by purchaser and is not a mechanical default due to our assembly line (which would be under warranty), repair charges will be quoted and deducted accordingly.
We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.
